We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager who loves building, experimenting, and moving fast. You'll lead a 4-person product team, own the roadmap, and partner with tech, data, credit, business, and external partners to deliver products that delight users and power growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define, prioritise, and execute the product roadmap aligned with Direct Lending's growth strategy.
  • AI-First Rebuild: Drive the next-gen product experience using AI and automation to simplify financing journeys.
  • Balance Speed & Structure: Plan and prioritise so the team can move fast without chaos.`
  • Team Leadership: Manage and grow a 4-person product team; set clear goals and coach for delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with tech, data, credit, business teams, and external partners to align product execution with company goals.
  • User Experience: Champion customer-first design, ensuring frictionless, intuitive, and delightful product experiences.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be the in-house go-to for product development, with deep understanding of fintech and credit products.

Are You The One?

  • Proven track record of delivering B2C products end-to-end (fintech, credit, or financial services preferred).
  • Strong technical grounding; able to work effectively with engineering, data science, credit, and business teams.
  • Hands-on builder: bias to execute, experiment, and iterate fast.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to turn insights into product innovation.
  • Experience with AI-driven products, agents, or automation (preferred, strong advantage).
  • Excellent stakeholder management; able to balance business, customer, and regulatory needs.
  • Able to plan and prioritise effectively, ensuring fast progress without chaos.
