WISE AI is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Executive to support our product management team in delivering cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and innovation, who enjoy working cross-functionally to turn ideas into impactful products. You will assist in coordinating product initiatives, analysing market needs, and ensuring that our products meet business goals and customer expectations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap under the guidance of the manager.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information to support product strategy.
  • Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), specifications, and feature summaries.
  • Coordinate between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate product performance against requirements.
  • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and compile reports for internal review.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and assist in collecting insights from clients and partners.
  • Support the Product Manager in preparing business cases for new features or improvements.
  • Stay updated on AI technologies, digital identity trends, and industry developments relevant to WISE AI's solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing and managing a high volume of requests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
  • Strong research and analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience or comprehension of software development and web technologies
  • Ability to work independently and interface effectively with customers, partners, and account teams
  • Proficiency in defining product roadmaps and ensuring thorough project management to meet deliverables
  • Exposure to customer-facing products and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
