About the role
As a Executive, Sales Management, you will report directly to the Manager, Sales Management. This role requires a motivated and focused individual with a strong background in administrative work, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent attention to details and the ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage all Sales Team duty roster, attendance and manpower planning.
- To monitor Sales Team to ensure all information to be keyed into sales portal in stipulated time.
- Ensure that all administrative work is properly documented and securely stored on cloud servers.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary items, documents, and materials to ensure the smooth operation of activities.
- To submit all utilities payments into E-Procurement system such as electricity bill, water bill, Wi-Fi bill etc.
- Issuance of reminder of any related announcement.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Sales Management Office from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Administration/Marketing or any other equivalent.
- At least 1 years of experience in Admin/Marketing role within property industry will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Penang (Seberang Jaya/Batu Kawan)
