Glad2Glow Malaysia is hiring a Team Leader (TikTok Ads) Lead the creation of trend-driven TikTok ad campaigns that capture attention and drive results. Join our dynamic team and help shape the voice of one of Malaysia's fastest-growing beauty brands

Role Description:

  • Plan and execute content to meet business goals and performance targets
  • Mentor and guide team members to produce top-quality content
  • Oversee accounts, ensuring consistency and strong results
  • Coordinate tasks and maintain clear communication to hit objectives
  • Drive innovation, uphold content standards, and align with business goals

Qualifications

  • Has 3 - 5 years' experience in content creation for TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and content strategy
  • Skilled in video production and editing tools (CapCut Desktop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Creative, data-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
