Job Purpose:

1. Providing service and customer support at site.

2. Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task

3. Diagnosing error or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

4. Onsite & Offsite support as per request during weekends & Public Holidays.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks.

2. To do operational planning such as Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.

3. Provide 1st line investigation and diagnosis include identifying, troubleshooting, updating, repairing, installing, and replacing hardware, software and network issue.

4. Make prompt decision/action that problem arises.

5. To inform supervisors for any unresolved issues at the subordinate level so that follow up actions will be taken.

6. To support daily operation activities and fulfill obligations to ensure system at site running smoothly.

7. Provide immediate response and assistance to customer and users.

8. Follow all company process, procedures and protocols. Adhere to schedule arranged and inform immediate supervisor for any issue related to work schedule.

Requirement & Skills

1. Minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience and a certificate in the Electrical & Electronic field or related, with hands-on experience.

2. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.

3. Able to work on flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.

4. Able to work on weekends (on standby, as required)

5. Available and willing to travel for outstation assignments.

6. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy equipment and tools.

Education / Professional Qualification

Minimum Skills Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, and related field or other equivalent.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
