We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive, Finance & Admin who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As an Executive/Senior Executive, Finance & Admin you will have a chance to:

Account Receivable (AR)

  • Maintain weekly aging (billing) report to determine which invoices are overdue for payment.
  • Generate Purchase Order (PO) update for sales in and statement of account (SOA) for the purpose of credit control.
  • Maintain and update receipt that represents proof of financial transaction through email
  • Prepare cash book, bank reconciliation statement as well as forecast collection.

Account Payable (AP)

  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including invoice posting (trade purchase) and bill entry (non-trade purchase).
  • Involve in reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances including supplier's statement of account reconciliation.
  • Respond to payment request by vendors or employee, maintain and complete payment process.

General Ledger (GL)

  • Ensure fixed asset is recorded.
  • Maintain and update stock ledger, monthly journal voucher (JV) and other general ledger functions.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss report.

Others

  • Handle trade financing/ treasury, cash flow management, credit control.
  • Collaborate with internal team to provide financial information for the purpose of tender submission.
  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company as well as establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedure for the company.
  • Generate financial data and prepare monthly report.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Accounting/ Finance or relevant field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in full set of account, general ledger or any related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
