Salary: MYR 6,400 - MYR 10,000 Per Month

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supplier quality management.
  • Familiar with Electronics manufacturing processes such as PCBA.
  • Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication skills in a global company environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to travel 30% of the time in Asian countries.
  • Preferable someone who can work remotely in Johor, Penang and Selangor.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform supplier evaluation and quality audits.
  • Lead Supplier Part Approval Process.
  • Work with suppliers to develop robust process control plans.
  • Solve supplier quality issues to avoid impact on supply chain and product quality.
  • Set up quality targets and monitor supplier quality performance.
  • Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Initiate and follow-up on corrective actions and verify effectiveness on-site.
