Heng Sheng Hardware Sdn Bhd has been a trusted name in the hardware industry for over 28 years, known for reliable service and quality products. We are expanding and looking experienced and motivated Retail Sales Specialists to join our team.

This role involves advising customers, achieving sales goals, and providing expert product recommendations in the hardware and construction category.

Job responsibility

1. Customer Service & Product Consultation

  • Welcome and assist customers with professional product advice.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives.
  • Handle product demonstrations, pricing, and stock inquiries.

2. Sales & Store Operations

  • Achieve or exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Manage after-sales matters such as product exchanges, returns, and follow-ups.
  • Share customer feedback to improve service quality and product selection.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hardware sales.
  • Strong product knowledge in hardware, tools, and building materials.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Clear and effective communication and active listening
  • Basic technical know-how of hardware and building items
  • Familiarity with digital tools (POS machines, stock systems, communication apps)

Working Hours

  • 6 days per week (on shift rotation)
  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including OT when required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
