Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Skilled in writing, editing, and proofreading (an added advantage).
  • Well-groomed, with a pleasant personality and a professional appearance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties and corporate matters.
  • Preparation and compilation of confidential correspondence, minutes of meeting and management reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, and external parties.
  • Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
