Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English and Malay.
- Skilled in writing, editing, and proofreading (an added advantage).
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant personality and a professional appearance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties and corporate matters.
- Preparation and compilation of confidential correspondence, minutes of meeting and management reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, and external parties.
- Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
