Event Sales Executive
We're seeking someone with 2–3 years of hospitality experiences who's passionate about building strong relationships, driving event and catering sales, and delivering outstanding results.

This role is responsible for managing sales and client relations for Serai Hall, Carcosa Seri Negara, and Serai Catering events, ensuring each occasion reflects Serai's signature quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all event and catering inquiries, proposals, and bookings from initial inquiry to successful execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Actively identify and secure new business opportunities for Serai Hall, Carcosa Seri Negara, and Serai Catering.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts that meet client expectations and uphold company standards.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Follow up post-event to gather feedback, ensure client satisfaction, and encourage future bookings.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance event visibility and brand presence.
  • Track and report sales performance, leads, and pipeline progress accurately and on time.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Events, Sales, or Hospitality Management, preferably within the hotel or F&B industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing event or catering accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on, confident, and proactive — must enjoy meeting clients and developing new business.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Possess own transport.
