Key Responsibilities

Admissions and Enrolment Support

  • Guide prospective Korean families in Korean through the enquiry, application, and admissions processes.
  • Liaise with the Admissions and Academic teams to provide accurate and timely information about programmes, fees, and procedures.

Onboarding Support

  • Assist new Korean students and their families during their transition to the school, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
  • Conduct orientation sessions in Korean to introduce school policies, academic expectations, and campus culture.
  • Serve as a key point of contact forKorean-speaking parents regarding student adjustment, boarding matters, and co-curricular participation.

Post-Settlement Assistance

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with Korean students and families to address any ongoing needs or challenges.
  • Support effective communication between the school, parents, and students.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights from the Korean community to enhance the overall student and parent experience.

Market Outreach and Relationship Building

  • Represent the school at recruitment events, both online and in-person, involving Korean families.
  • Translate and adapt marketing and admissions materials for the Korean market.

Cultural Advocacy and Communication

  • Act as a cultural advisor, helping Korean families understand local customs and school culture.
  • Facilitate smooth and responsive communication between the school and Korean families.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Marketing, Communications, or similar) preferred.
  • Fluent in Korean (spoken and written); proficiency in English required.
  • Prior experience in an international school or customer-facing educational environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
