Market Research Analyst

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their research needs, design studies, and analyze data to uncover key findings. Your ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and concise manner will be essential in driving business outcomes.

What you do
- Conduct market research studies to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain research reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging research methodologies

Who you are
- A degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in market research or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations
- A curious and strategic thinker who is passionate about turning data into insights that drive business outcomes
