  • Design and manage CASA personalized initiatives to enhance customer journey and improves customer's banking experience.
  • Identify opportunities through portfolio analysis, financials review and market landscape check for strategy planning, calibration and implementation which includes system enhancement.
  • Increase CASA drivers penetration to drive stickiness and reduce dormancy and attrition
  • Work closely with stakeholders to increase deposits, which includes optimize campaign ROI, increase average product holding per customer and deepen customer banking relationship.
  • Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time.
