Let's talk about responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the People Shared Services function and assist with urgent requests as needed.
  • Manage employment lifecycle processes, including preparation of contracts, documentation, personal file updates, and stamping duties in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers, both face-to-face and virtual.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration through timely and accurate data entry when required.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal reference materials.
  • Contribute to HR transition activities in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Compensation when required.
  • Support internal and external HR audits, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc projects led by the People Experience team.

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

Preferred:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in HR administration, shared services, or general office administration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in handling contracts, employee data, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, employees, and managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to support ad-hoc HR or administrative tasks when required.
