You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You have a strong command of the English language (both oral & written).
  • You are a pro-active team player with top-notch communication & problem solving skills.
  • You are tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workstation).

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients via live chat, outgoing/outbound calls to address their requests, concerns and feedback;
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  • Handle online registration process of riders/couriers and assisting them in solving work related issues;
  • Data entry and work with corporate CRM system.
  • Monitor and report service rules violations by users.
