About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD. In this full-time position based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and success for our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  2. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
  4. Developing and executing marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and distribute high-quality content
  7. Providing regular sales and market updates to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the technology industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends
  4. Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and data analysis platforms
  5. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
