Admin Support Officer

Temporary for 3 + 9 months
This role will be an admin in the Sales department, support sales documentation and other ad hock task:
Responsibilities:
- Assist Auto Finance Sales team with loan processing, agreement signing, and funding-related matters.
- Gather complete customer information, perform KYC checks, and submit accurate loan applications.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to both dealers and customers.
- Input full loan applications into the company system efficiently and accurately.
- Attend to incoming calls and support other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate Diploma or Degree in business administration, office system, marketing, economics, finance, banking or any relevant field, with admin internship experience
- Good in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good typing skills and detail oriented person.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
