We're looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, guiding campaigns from concept to success while mentoring a small team of executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team (including Digital Marketing Executives).
  • Plan, develop, and oversee digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Review and approve campaign plans, content calendars, and ad strategies before execution.
  • Manage client relationships at a senior level, handle major accounts, attend meetings, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Analyze performance reports and provide insights to improve campaign results.
  • Coordinate creative direction with designers, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Support business development by preparing proposals and digital strategy plans for new clients.
  • Train and guide junior team members to improve their performance and skills.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign optimization.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Confident in client presentations and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
