  1. Responsibilities & Description

Quality Assurance

 Assist the Assistant Manager - Warehouse in executing specific tasks to support daily operations and ensure compliance with SOP's.

 Produce and follow-up the QMS documentation (standard

operating procedures guidelines as per the requirement (GDP & GDPMD, GVP).

 Ensure all CAPA findings are followed-up and implemented as planned and review all of the CAPA report.

 Aggregate reports related to quality practices (including and not limited to quality management review, product quality review, monthly product quality complaint and supply error, internal and external audit report)

 Ensure appropriate compliance forms, information notices and materials reflecting current organization available, updated and audit ready for each department

 Do filing and archiving of the quality assurance documents for the organizations

 To monitor and follow-up all of the project related to but not limited to QA (vendor audit, training, supplier/ vendor yearly

assessment) and Warehouse Operation (warehouse and vehicle temperature mapping, route profiling study, alarm testing schedule, pest control, etc)

 To handle and manage hologram distribution and reconciliation record with necessary department

 Follow up with logistic team on the complaints raised against couriers for mishandling shipments

 To support Operations Support Team related to logistic matters

 To perform any additional tasks requested by the management.

Education

Preferably Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Science Related Course

Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)

Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution/ solving skills.

 Good communication skills, outgoing and self-motivated.

 Understanding of QMS and GDP Guideline
