Malaysia Zalora South East Asia Full time 60,000 - 120,000 per year

As a MBE Engineer for Payments team, you will build high performance, scalable and testable components/integrations in our platform while integrating with different PGs. You will be working in a diverse, international setting with teammates who are experts in various topics. In the Payments squad , we work in Scrum/Agile setting and are highly goal driven. You will be working toward the mission of delivering a WOW experience to our customers. You will be hacking in golang and leading BE work. We often conduct workshops to improve our individual skill sets, and to improve our workflow as a team. The role is based in our Malaysia office.

1. You should be proficient in:

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience with high-traffic distributed systems and client-server architectures.
  • Proficient with PHP,Golang.
  • CI/CD pipeline awareness. 
  • Agile/Scrum understanding - is an advantage. 
  • Good at English, proactive, willing to take great challenges.
  • Taking ownership of tasks. 
  • Curious and a fast learner. We believe you can learn a lot more if you are curious about new technologies and how things work.
