Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Address guest requests, feedback, or complaints promptly.
- Maintain the front desk area neat and presentable.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Pleasant personality, polite, and customer oriented.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of reservation systems preferred.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
