Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  2. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  3. Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
  4. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
  5. Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
  6. Address guest requests, feedback, or complaints promptly.
  7. Maintain the front desk area neat and presentable.
  8. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum SPM/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  2. Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk is an advantage.
  3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
  4. Pleasant personality, polite, and customer oriented.
  5. Computer literacy and knowledge of reservation systems preferred.
  6. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
