Manager / Deputy Manager, Property Facilities Management

We're hiring an experienced property and facilities professional to lead maintenance operations across our commercial, high-risk and landed properties. The role covers day-to-day maintenance, contractor management, tenant issues, reporting, budgeting, safety compliance and overall asset upkeep to ensure our properties remain in excellent condition and deliver strong returns.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Property Maintenance team and ensure KPI achievement

• Oversee maintenance operations, audits, site visits and contractor performance

• Manage tenant maintenance complaints and recommend effective solutions

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, Level of Authority (LOA), safety standards and statutory requirements

• Coordinate fire safety inspections, training and emergency procedures

• Handle property insurance and claims

• Support the Department Head with reports, proposals and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Real Estate, Architecture or any related field

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in property/facilities management, building maintenance or related areas (with at least 2 years in a supervisory role for Manager or Deputy Manager level)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent reporting and presentation abilities

• KPI-driven, ethical, professional and a collaborative team player

• Knowledge of property management regulations, SOPs, safety standards and compliance
