Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities

a. Process & System Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain ISO quality systems.
  • Ensure production follows SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.
  • Plan and execute internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessment and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

b. Documentation & Records

  • Maintain quality manuals, inspection forms, and test records.
  • Ensure all QC results are properly recorded and filed for traceability.

c. Training & Communication

  • Conduct training for production operators on quality awareness and defect prevention.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers for quality-related issues and audits.

Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities

a. Incoming Material Inspection

  • Inspect and test raw materials (corrugated board, inks, glues) for GSM.
  • Approve or reject materials based on specifications and test results.

b. In-Process Inspection

  • Check during production:
  • Printing quality (registration, colour consistency, smudge)
  • Die-cut accuracy and creasing
  • Gluing and joint strength

c. Final Product Inspection

  • Verify dimensions, printing, and label accuracy.
  • Ensure packaging and palletising follow customer and export standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
