Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Early Childhood Educator, based at Kipinä Kids Malaysia, Eco Majestic, Semenyih, Selangor.

The educator will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging daily learning activities, managing a nurturing classroom environment, and supporting children's developmental milestones.

The role also includes collaboration with colleagues, active communication with parents, and ensuring the well-being, safety, and happiness of every child under your care.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development with proven classroom experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creativity in designing and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing classroom routines and documentation.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
