Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries and month-end closings.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to gather financial data and improve internal processes.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Assist with tax filings and other statutory compliances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Experience in F&B / Hospitality Industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software preferably SQL.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
