Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily admin tasks for the Operations team.
- Prepare and update reports for meetings.
- Monitor part-time applications via Google Form.
- Assist with recruitment and interview arrangements.
- Track and follow up on activation letters for part-time crew.
- Assist with retail project deployment and crew scheduling.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics on stock delivery.
- Get updates from supervisors on stock, recruitment, and setup status.
- Keep records of part-time crew deployment and attendance.
- Maintain and organize files and documents.
- Make sure operations follow company SOPs.
- Assist in any other tasks given by the Operations Executive.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field (admin/operations experience is an advantage).
- Experience in events, activations, or promotions is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace tools.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
