BI & Data Analytics Senior Analyst – Finance
to join our
International Digital Finance
team, based in Malaysia.

In this role, you'll combine your
finance expertise
with
data analytics capabilities
to drive performance visibility, automate reporting, and support decision-making across multiple countries. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including
Finance, FP&A, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations
— to deliver actionable insights that enable smarter business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
financial dashboards and reports
using
Power BI

Analyze and interpret financial data to identify
trends, variances, and performance drivers

Support regional and global finance teams with
budgeting, forecasting, and profitability

analysis

Partner with business leaders to
translate data insights into financial recommendations

Drive Tyson's
Data @ Tyson
initiative, focusing on
automation, data standardization, and

process improvement

Ensure
data accuracy, consistency, and governance
across finance systems and reports

Bachelor's Degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics
, or related fields

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in
Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics
, ideally

within a
multinational or shared service environment

Strong understanding of
financial statements, P&L, cost management, and variance analysis

Proven technical expertise in
Power BI
(data modeling, DAX, visualization design)

Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills, with the ability to influence

across teams and regions

Bonus: Experience with
SQL, Python, R
, or
ETL/data integration tools
