About the role

We are seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects within the civil/structural engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely problem-solving
  • Interpret and implement engineering plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all site activities and progress
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
  • Job regarding RC Sub Work
  • Must able to Outstation.
  • Working Site might be KL, Ipoh, Penang or Johor.
