Job Responsibilities:

To assist Section Head and follow up on shift day to day operation management .To ensure all the production line worker safety , productivity , quality and operation KPI been adhered .Responsible for core equipment / tools/ basic maintenance plan (working closely with central maintenance team )To follow on Plant shift reporting: Shift production reporting / Man hours / Energy Usage / RA reporting/ Worker payrolls & attendance .To in change of offline operation/ tools / equipmentAutonomous Maintenance / 6S / Equipment Basic maintenanceTo review & follow up on Line Planning & Capacity adherence .To ensure all bi-hourly shift reporting and checklist been respect.Plan & follow up on weekend product and mould structure change over .To Plan and align all the manpower usage as per weekly production planning.To attend weekly meeting for Product Planning /Product Change -over /Line start-stop planning with mixing team .Plan and Conduct Monthly Safety Tool Box Meeting with Operation team .To attend KAIZEN TEAM improvement meetingTo attend to any other special improvement project under direction of Section HEAD and Plant Manager .

Core Operation Responsibilities:

To be assign to lead KAIZEN focus on product quality & OEE % improvement.Operation OEE % reporting for the monthTo review and follow up on SEAL audit improvement task & action plan
