MRG is expanding across Asia Pacific, and we're seeking experienced Executive Search professionals to join our growing regional team in Kuala Lumpur.

We are a global executive search organisation specialising in the real estate and built environment sectors. Across the region, we partner with investors, developers, Tier 1 contractors, PMCs, and advisory firms to deliver strategic talent solutions — from retained search campaigns to RPO and bespoke consultancy mandates. The Opportunities

As part of our expansion, we are hiring Senior 360 Consultants, Principal Consultants, and Associate Recruitment Directors with regional experience. These are high-impact roles where you will lead strategic business development, manage key client relationships, and deliver end-to-end executive search mandates.

Working directly with the Regional Leader, you will develop and execute targeted business development strategies, oversee high-value client accounts, and play a central role in shaping MRG's continued growth across Asia Pacific.

Requirements

  • Proven success in business development and revenue generation in a 360 executive search or recruitment role.
  • Demonstrated experience in executive search or specialist recruitment.
  • Knowledge of the real estate, engineering, construction, EPC, manufacturing, or energy sectors is advantageous.
