  • Supervise and monitor ACMV maintenance and service works at various sites.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV or building services maintenance.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and air-conditioning equipment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple maintenance sites.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Coordinate daily activities between technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out according to schedule.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for HVAC systems.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and cost monitoring.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth execution of works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
