We are a specialist contractor in Aluminium and Glazing Works, delivering high-quality solutions for a wide range of construction projects. With our office based in Puchong, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in tender activities including reviewing tender documents, preparing costing and Bills of Quantities (BQ), submitting tenders within deadlines, and attending tender interviews.
  • Assist in providing accurate, efficient, and timely costing estimates.
  • Conduct material take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Liaise with client, sub-contractors, consultants and other parties involves in all contractual related issue.
  • Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in construction or aluminium/glazing works.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
