Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.

Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.

They join The Arnott's Group's portfolio ofbrands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.

Position based in Bangsar South.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Talent Management Intern, you'll be part of a team that shapes the employee experience through meaningful engagement, development programs, and strategic initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to HR practices while contributing to projects that enhance workplace culture and learning:

  1. Support Employee Engagement Initiatives

  2. Assist in planning and executing activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  3. Coordinate Learning & Development Programs

  4. Help organize training sessions, manage logistics, and track participation and feedback.

  5. Assist with Internal Communications

  6. Support in preparation and channelling communication in relation to Talent Management matters.

  7. Contribute to People Insights & Feedback

  8. Support data collection and analysis from employee surveys and focus groups to inform action plans.

  9. Facilitate Operational Excellence

  10. Help streamline processes such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting for various P&C initiatives.

  11. Collaborate Across Teams

  12. Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of talent-related programs.
