Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including daily data entry and updates.

  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial and management reports in a timely manner.

  • Oversee monthly closing processes, ensuring all transaction are recorded correctly.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Use accounting and inventory management software for accounting operations, reporting and analysis.

Manage and supervise the accounting team by:

  • Assigning tasks and defining job responsibilities (JD).

  • Planning and monitoring work schedules.

  • Ensuring all staff meet reporting deadlines.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the annual audit process.

  • Maintain proper documentation and internal controls for all accounting functions.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and other financial planning activities.

  • Handle any ad hoc financial or administrative duties as required.
