Job Overview:

The Accounts & Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This position requires a meticulous and proactive individual who can manage accounting tasks, coordinate internal processes, and ensure smooth business operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts & Finance

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow monitoring.

  • Process staff claims, invoices, and vendor payments in a timely manner.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external partners on financial matters.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Operations & Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, procurement, and inventory management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, compliance submissions, and documentation.

  • Maintain operational trackers (e.g., invoices, expenses, project logs, and performance dashboards).

  • Support HR-related matters such as payroll coordination and attendance tracking.

  • Assist in event logistics, meeting coordination, and business support tasks.

  • Implement and improve operational workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 2–4 years of relevant working experience in accounting or operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Xero, or equivalent accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in the financial services or consulting industry.

  • Familiarity with SG statutory and compliance requirements.

  • A proactive problem-solver with a sense of ownership and accountability.
