DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Project Coordinator with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Cyberjaya, Selangor.

A Project Coordinator is responsible for managing, planning, executing, monitoring, reporting and closing projects. They coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Tasks :

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Manage project execution and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define project scope and objectives.
  • Create detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Lead and motivate project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets and resources.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Requirements :

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in project management, project supervision and construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (optional but beneficial).
