Business Development Executive

General:
The Business Development Executive is involves market research, client acquisition, and strategic planning to expand the company's reach in industries such as construction, energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure. The candidate will build strong client relationships, provide technical insights, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients, partners, and markets for business expansion.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Present company products/services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.
4. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement business development plans to drive company growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align business strategies.
5. Networking & Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
- Promote the company's brand, products, and services effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., Renewable Energy, Technology, etc.] is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
