Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Billing Coordinator
to support our team in managing billing operations, client communications, and project follow-ups. This role offers an excellent opportunity for
fresh graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in sales, marketing, and project follow-up activities.
  • Conduct market data analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and participate in client or internal meetings when required.
  • Prepare rental reports, billing information, and follow up with clients for overdue collections.
  • Source and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Prepare, print, and send invoices (both soft and hard copies) to clients via email, courier, or in person when necessary.
  • Monitor billing-related emails and purchase order communications in both group and personal inboxes.
  • Generate and issue invoices accurately and promptly, addressing client inquiries, disputes, or ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain an up-to-date billing system and ensure all activities are completed within set deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to company billing procedures and resolve any internal or external billing issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates
    or candidates with
    1–2 years of relevant experience
    are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an added advantage.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
