Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading global logistics providers. As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving business growth through new client acquisition and the development of strong customer relationships.

The role is ideal for individuals who are results-driven, highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about contributing to the logistics and shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities through proactive sales action plans
  • Develop and maintain good business relationship with new and existing customers
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, build rapport and ensure service satisfaction
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment collections in line with company terms
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to refine strategies

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL logistics or related industries (preferred); Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - training will be provided
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of logistics systems and basic import/export procedures is a plus
  • Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel, including outstation trips
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage, especially for communicating with international partners
