Payroll Assistant

Requirements:
- Experience in payroll, HR, or accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll for employees accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or deductions.
- Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records for payroll calculations.
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.
