About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive, Leasing to join our team at Asian Pac Holdings Bhd' in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor office. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the leasing of our commercial property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively engaging with existing and potential tenants to secure new lease agreements
  2. Negotiating lease terms and rental rates to maximise property occupancy and revenue
  3. Preparing and reviewing leasing contracts and other legal documentation
  4. Enter rental, deposit, and billing details accurately and promptly into the finance system.
  5. To assist with generating financial reports, tracking rent collection, and reconciling tenant accounts.
  6. Managing lease renewals, extensions, and terminations
  7. Monitoring tenant relations and addressing any issues that arise
  8. Analysing market trends and providing recommendations to the management team
  9. Collaborating with the property management team to ensure efficient operations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in commercial property leasing or a related field
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with tenants
  3. Excellent contract management and legal document review abilities
  4. Proficient in data analysis and market research to support leasing decisions
  5. Familiarity with the commercial property landscape in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas
  6. Posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree / Marketing or related fields,
  7. Able to work in team as well as independent individual.
  8. Able to cooperate with colleague, positive attitude, highly self-motivated willing to learn.
