Senior Manager, Industrial Park

Responsibilities:

  1. Involve in planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of company's Industrial Park Project.
  2. Involve in the design and implementation of infrastructure, utilities and facilities within the industrial park.
  3. Develop project timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
  4. Work closely with consultants and contractor to ensure project specifications are met.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationship with government authorities, local councils and regulatory bodies.
  6. Liaise with government authority for requirements, application and approval process.
  7. Manage applications, approvals, and permits required for the project.
  8. Ensure adherence to all legal, safety and environmental regulations.
  9. Work closely with consultants and contractors on project related matters.
  10. Evaluate and appoint contractors, suppliers, etc.
  11. Monitor project expenditure and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.
  13. Identify project risk and implement mitigation strategies.
  14. Address project challenges to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
  15. Liaise with local communities to address concerns and foster positive relationship
  16. Prepare and present project update, progress reports and strategic plans to the management team.
  17. Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations (Mandarin, English, and Malay) for stakeholder engagement.

Requirement:

  1. Proven experience in managing industrial park projects.
  2. Candidates must posses at least Degree or Master holder in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
  3. Minimum 10 years working experience in related field.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in liaising with government authorities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  6. Proficient in speaking and writing Mandarin, English, and Malay for seamless communication with diverse stakeholders.
  7. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  8. Willing to travel to project site in Hulu Selangor and other outstation location as required.
