Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative functions that support employee engagement, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding processes, including job posting, interviews, and employee exits.
  • Maintain and update HRMS and employee database; support talent bank development.
  • Coordinate training & development programs, HRDC claims, and assist in Penchem Academy initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and internal communications activities.
  • Handle payroll-related administration, including attendance, OT, claims, and employee benefits (insurance, medical, wellness).
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, KPI updates, and support performance appraisal tracking.
  • Assist in policy updates, HR improvement projects, and HR digitalization initiatives.
  • Oversee general office administration including stationery, travel booking, and document control.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR & Admin functions, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia's Employment Act 1955 and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD).
  • Proficient in HRMS systems; experience with Mywave Emplx and SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and good time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards is an added advantage.
