About the role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented People & Culture & Office Management Executive to support our Malaysia office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating great workplace experiences through office management, events, and employee engagement, while also contributing to day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits support. As part of the P&C team, this role offers opportunities to gain broader exposure in HR and grow your career in the People & Culture space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and pre-boarding processes, including preparation of materials, employee orientation, and check-ins with new hires

  • Handle off boarding administrative processes and data updates

  • Support benefits administration and manage insurance-related processes.

  • Manage employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, including weekly activities, monthly birthday/anniversary celebrations, and recognition programs 

  • Responsible for office management and vendor relationships, including pantry supplies, gifts, facilities, and event logistics.

  • Plan and execute Annual Company Offsite

Projects you might work on

  • Designing innovative employee engagement initiatives (e.g., rotating snack themes for wind down Wednesdays, learning sessions, or creative team activities).

  • Improving the onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Bringing fresh ideas to shape the Group Offsite agenda.

  • Contributing to HR projects as they are rolled out by the P&C team.

Accountabilities of the role

  • Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new hires, including accurate pre-boarding preparation, timely orientation, and meaningful check-ins that support early employee engagement.

  • Provide reliable support in off boarding, benefits administration and insurance management, ensuring employees have clarity and timely access to entitlements.

  • Drive consistent and engaging employee engagement initiatives, including weekly activities, & monthly celebrations.

  • Maintain a well-run and welcoming office environment, ensuring effective vendor management, pantry supplies, facilities upkeep, and logistics.

  • Successfully plan and execute the annual company offsite, creating a positive and memorable employee experience that reinforces culture and values
