We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to grow your career in a positive, fast-paced environment — we want to meet you
Location: Skudai, Johor
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm | Sat: 8am–12pm
Salary: RM2000++/month

What You'll Do:
- Customer Service :Handle phone calls & customer inquiries
- Data Entry : Prepare invoices, DOs, & quotations
- Inventory : Support inventory and stock checks
- Documentation : Organize files & documents
- Support : Assist sales team & relay customer messages
- Other admin tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
SPM or above (Fresh grads welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Good in English & BM (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented, organized & able to multitask
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and helpful
- Able to work OT when needed
- Ready to join immediately
