KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities and deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Monitor project progress and report any risks, delays, or issues to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Participate in regular project meetings and help document key decisions and action items.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Assist in preparing status reports, presentations, and progress updates.
  • Support in identifying and resolving project issues or dependencies under guidance.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, security compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATION

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Project Manager
  • Experience with user interface design, database structures and statistical analyses.
  • Strong core through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan.
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.
  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Knowledge on accessibility and security compliance is preferred.
  • Monitor project progress and report on any delays or issues to senior managers.
  • Commitment to collaborative problem solving is essential.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed about project developments, milestones, and changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
