  • 6 working days, Saturday – Thursday.

    SHIFT 1: 9:30AM – 6:00PM

    SHIFT 2: 12:30PM – 9:00PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate branch sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Supervise daily branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and cashier activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline to ensure company standards are met.
  • Train and guide new team members, conduct on-the-job coaching to improve product and sales knowledge.
  • Prepare and review branch sales reports, stock records, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations and marketing activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales and transactions.
  • Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and a welcoming store environment.
  • Actively collect market feedback and propose improvement ideas to management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail or sales supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
