We are looking for an experienced professional skilled in managing digitalization projects and implementing digital transformation strategies within organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Agri-tech, Plantations or Manufacturing industries. They will take on a leadership role, act as strategic business partner to our stakeholders, driving innovation, and fostering sustainable growth through technology.

You will be responsible for :

  • Act as business partner and work with senior stakeholders to co-create, develop, and execute end-to-end digital solutions architect across business units.
  • Articulate and present digital framework to senior stakeholders, partners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead, work with Team and bridge various functions in the organization to drive execution digital solutions on sites.
  • Collaborate with IT Team to implement digital solutions and ensure process, technology and delivery is meeting business needs.
  • Drive the launch of digital solutions and help to maximize the positive mid-to-long term impact to the organization.
  • Engage and partner with 3rd party vendors to drive the digital implementation, when needed.

You will demonstrate the following capabilities :

  • Min. Degree holder with 8-15 years of working experience in Digital/Project Management/Business Transformation/change delivery/business process optimization function.
  • Prior experience in Mill Operations/Agritech/Plantations/Manufacturing/Tech consulting is preferred.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders in consultative way, translating business objectives into digital strategies.
  • Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Sound leadership with ability to engage and drive people from diverse background.
  • Proactive individual with solid "can-do" attitude and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Hands-on and get things done with sense of urgency.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru (Riau) and Look forward to frequent travel.
