Our client "Crowe Malaysia PLT" is seeking an Assistant Manager, Technical & Training (ISQM) to join their team

Join our client's team as an Assistant Manager for Technical & Training (ISQM) and play a crucial role in supervising and implementing their system of quality management. What you'll be doing?
  • Oversee quality management: Supervise the operation and implementation of the Firm's system of quality management (SOQM) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct compliance reviews: Ensure adherence to quality standards by performing thorough compliance reviews within the Firm's SOQM.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting: Provide valuable support in preparing submissions for regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Research and review: Carry out in-depth research and reviews of relevant policies and regulations to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • Document preparation: Create and maintain essential documents related to the Firm's SOQM.
  • Coordinate training: Support and coordinate training sessions on regulatory requirements and quality management standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a degree or professional qualification in accounting or related fields such as business administration or finance.
  • Relevant experience: Individuals with at least 4 years of experience in internal or external audit, compliance, legal/regulatory, risk management, or related fields.
  • Quality management knowledge: Prior exposure to ISQM 1&2, ISQC 1, or other compliance/quality management frameworks is advantageous.
  • Communication skills: Strong English communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail: Candidates who demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong time and project management skills.
  • Leadership potential: Individuals with good communication and people management skills, ready to take on a managerial role.
  • Proactive learner: Self-motivated professionals who are willing to learn and can work independently.
