Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to plan and execute digital campaigns while leading a team of Digital Marketing Executives. You will be responsible for content planning, campaign execution, paid ads, research, reporting, client servicing, and supporting business growth through proposals and pitches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of Digital Marketing Executives.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
  • Create content plans, campaign ideas, and oversee content creation.
  • Manage and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads to meet campaign goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and prepare reports with insights and action plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings, present campaign plans, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare pitches and business proposals for potential clients, supporting new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in content planning, content creation, Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance and improve results.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Good communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brands and projects.
